Older rooms, but well kept. Friendly staff. Parking is on the basement and space is very reduced. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the plaza and cathedral in front, but we got the view of the demolished building behind the hotel. Boo!
The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had no issues. Everything in the room worked fine and the inn was very nice.
Really extraordinary value. A beautiful, modern hotel in the lovely and popular Aguascaliente central plaza. Simply extraordinary. My wife and I stayed here Feb 10 and 11, 2024, and recommend unconditionally. Even had free parking in downtown Aguascaliente!

A great location, so central and in the historic district. Previously I did not like this city but with this trip I super enjoyed the sights, a tour bus and historic buildings. Changed my opinion totally.

This hotel was right in downtown! The room was very cute and quant. Beds were comfortable! Had a very nice bathroom. They were very accommodating.
The location ia great. Everything is in walking distance. Personal was kind and efficient. Room was clean and with excellent view to the city. On my way back to the airport I did ask the front desk for transportation and they provided a taxi with a female driver, which I found great because I was traveling by myself. As a women I felt secure./Excelente hotel.
